Construction Drawings
After the floor plans and elevations are complete and “signed off” by our customer, our designers prepare the final construction drawings which will be used by your contractor to construct the home. The construction plan package (which consists of three sets of scaled drawings) includes:

Fully Programmed Log Package
Every
customer of Bitterroot Valley Log and Timber will not only receive a
full set of professionally detailed construction drawings, but also,
after we are under contract to produce a log package, will receive a
second set of drawings that will identify every single log in the log
package with its own identifying number/letter that clearly outlines
exactly where each log will be placed in every wall, floor, roof, or
other applicable area of the home. This detail comprises a fully
programmed log package. Many log companies purport to have fully
programmed log packages, but upon close inspection the packages only
identify wall logs, floor joists, etc. with no identifying numbers or
detailed drawings.
