Engineering
In many areas of the country, building codes require that plans be engineered and stamped by a licensed engineer prior to being approved by the applicable state, county or city for approval. We have experience with many engineers who have extensive experience engineering log home plans and we will work directly with the selected engineer to complete this process if applicable. This is an added cost that our customer is required to pay and is not marked-up by the company. Usually the selected engineer will provide an estimate of his cost prior to starting the engineering process.
